Microsoft 365 Business Premium
We move you onto Business Premium and switch on the security it includes: device protection, email filtering, secure sign-ins, device management and data protection, configured for your business.
Copilot readiness
Copilot can only see what each person already has access to. Before it’s turned on, we tidy up file sharing and permissions and help label sensitive information, so Copilot doesn’t surface things it shouldn’t.
Copilot Studio agents
We design and build custom AI agents for your business, such as answering staff questions from your policies or handling common customer questions, and publish them where your people already work.

The right Microsoft 365 and Copilot licence for each person, managed for you, so you’re not paying for what you don’t use.
Teams Phone

Which Copilot do you need?
“Copilot” covers a few different things. Here’s how they differ.
Copilot Chat
Included with Microsoft 365 business plans at no extra cost. A secure AI chat for drafting, summarising and research, grounded in the web. It works with files you upload or the email or chat you have open, and is covered by Microsoft’s enterprise data protection when staff sign in with their work account.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
A paid add-on per person. It brings Copilot fully into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and lets it work from your emails, files, meetings and chats automatically, always limited to what each person has permission to see. It can summarise Teams meetings and list the actions, draft documents and emails, and analyse spreadsheets.
Copilot Studio
Microsoft’s tool for building your own AI agents. An agent follows your instructions, uses your business information, and can complete tasks. Agents can work in Teams, in Copilot or on your website, and are billed by how much they’re used.
AI that’s useful, and safe
Copilot is only as good, and as safe, as the Microsoft 365 setup underneath it. We get the foundations right first, then help you put AI to work where it saves time.

Common questions
What’s the difference between Business Standard and Business Premium?
Both include the Office apps, email, Teams and 1 TB of OneDrive storage per person. Business Premium adds Microsoft’s business security: Defender for Business on your computers, Defender for Office 365 for email, Entra ID P1 for secure sign-ins, Intune to manage devices, and Purview to protect sensitive information.
Is Copilot Chat really included?
Yes. Copilot Chat is included with eligible Microsoft 365 business plans at no extra cost. The paid Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on is what brings Copilot fully into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams and lets it use your business information automatically.
Is our data safe with Copilot?
When staff sign in with their work account, Copilot is covered by Microsoft’s enterprise data protection, the same commitments that apply to your email and files. Copilot only uses information each person already has permission to see, which is why we tidy up sharing and permissions before it’s switched on.
What is a Copilot agent?
An agent is an AI assistant set up for one job, such as answering questions about your HR policies, helping customers with common questions, or guiding a new starter through onboarding. We build them in Copilot Studio using your own information.
How much does it cost?
Microsoft’s licence prices change from time to time and depend on the mix of plans you need, so talk to us and we’ll give you current pricing for your business.
Doesn’t Microsoft back up our emails and files?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but it isn’t a full backup of your data. If something is deleted, overwritten or encrypted by ransomware, a separate Microsoft 365 backup is how you get it back.
Can we use Teams as our phone system?
Yes. Teams Phone lets your business numbers ring in Teams on computers and mobiles. We’ll talk you through what’s involved for your numbers.
