What’s included

No single product stops every attack, so we put several layers in place and keep watching them.

Endpoint protection

Protection on every computer that blocks malware and ransomware before it can run, and helps detect and stop attacks in progress.

Round-the-clock security monitoring

Security alerts are watched around the clock, so suspicious activity is picked up even outside business hours.

Microsoft 365 sign‑in monitoring

We watch for risky sign-ins to your Microsoft 365 accounts, such as logins from overseas or unfamiliar devices, and act on them.

Password management

Bitwarden gives every staff member a secure vault, so passwords are strong, unique and never on sticky notes.

Dark web scanning

We check whether your business email addresses and passwords have turned up in data breaches, so they can be changed before they’re used.

Security awareness training

Short training that helps your staff spot phishing emails and scams, the way most attacks get in.

Backups

If the worst happens, reliable backups mean you can recover your data rather than lose it.

Layers, not a single product

Good security is a set of sensible protections that work together, kept up to date and monitored, and looked after by people who know your business.

How it works

  1. We check where you stand. Accounts, devices, passwords, backups, and how your team handles email.
  2. We put the layers in place. Protection, password management, monitoring and training, set up to suit how you work.
  3. We keep it monitored. Security monitoring runs around the clock. Our team follows up on what it finds and keeps everything up to date.

Common questions

We’re a small business. Are we really a target?

Yes. Most attacks aren’t personal. Automated phishing and password attacks hit businesses of every size, and smaller businesses often have fewer protections in place.

What is dark web scanning?

When other websites are breached, stolen email addresses and passwords are often traded online. We check whether your business accounts appear in that data, so you can change those passwords first.

Why do we need a password manager?

Reused passwords are one of the most common ways into a business. A password manager lets every staff member use a strong, different password everywhere without having to remember them.

Does security training take long?

No. It’s short and practical, focused on spotting the phishing emails and scams your staff are most likely to see.

What should we do if we think we’ve been hacked?

Call our service line on 1300 307 385 during support hours (Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–4:30pm), and disconnect the affected computer from the network in the meantime. We’ll help contain the problem and restore from your backups.

It’s not often in life you have only positive comments to make in regard to a company. Document Solutions has been exemplary in their service.
